Apollo Preview Day

Each August we have Preview Days to allow students to get set up for the school year. 

This is a chance to:

  • see your schedule and ask questions
  • get your ID card, school photos
  • purchase new Apollo Gear 
  • pay any fees

Attendance is not mandatory, so if you can't make it to Apollo Preview Days, you will be able to take school pictures on Picture Makeup Day on September 2nd and access your class schedule through ParentVue & StudentVue.

If you have a conflict with the grade level times below, please attend one of the other times.

Reminder:  Beaverton School District can now take credit card payments in person.  This new change does result in additional fees for credit card  payments.  A convenience fee will be added to all credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay  payments, both online and in person, at option and secondary schools. The fee includes:

  • $0.40 per transaction
  • Plus 3.69% of the total amount

This fee helps cover processing costs and only applies to credit card payments. Cash and check payments will not have any fees added.  Students can bring cash or check payments to Preview Day to avoid these credit card fees.
