GIRLS' BASKETBALL
Girls' Basketball Summer Ball League 2024
Dates: Tuesday, May 28th - Sunday, June 30th
Location: SHS Main Gym
Ages: Incoming 8th-12th graders (2024-25 school year)
Description: Summer league consists of practices, weekend tournaments, and scrimmages throughout the month of June. You will be coached by the current Sunset HS Girls' Basketball Staff.
Cost: $100 (covers fee and practices)

Girls' Basketball Youth Camp 2024

Time: 3:00pm - 6:00 pm
Location: SHS Gym
Ages: Incoming 3rd-8th graders (2024-25 school year)
Description: Skill development and Fundamentals - ball handling, passing, shooting, footwork, and rebounding. GET COACHED BY CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS AND COACHES

Summer camps are our top fundraiser for the year, but it is far more important to us that every player who wants to participate in the camps is able to. If the price of the camps will cause difficulties for your family, please email Coach Buck directly. We're happy to make individual adjustments so all players are able to play! Boys' Soccer Fitness Camp 2024
Dates: July 15th - July 25th (M-Th)
Time: 8:00am - 10:00am
Location: SHS Stadium
Description: This 2-week camp will focus on improving players speed, agility, and core strength. Most sessions will begin with a 3-station rotation focusing on these 3 areas. During the last 30 minutes of each session, players will break into preassigned teams and play in a World Cup - style tournament, culminating in a championship game on the final day.
Cost: $175/athlete
Boys' Soccer Skills Camp 2024
Dates: August 12th - August 16th (M-F), the week before tryouts
Time: 8:00am - 10:00 am
Location: SHS JV Field
Description: This 1-week camp will focus on preparing players for tryouts, which usually begin the following week. Equal time will be given to both technical and tactical skills, with daily scrimmages to provide an opportunity to put these into practice.
Cost: $100/athlete
GIRLS' SOCCER

Description: This two-week camp will focus on improving the player's soccer fitness through speed, agility, and quickness drills. Players will use the last 30 minutes of each day to break into randomly assigned teams to play fun small sided games. This is a great opportunity to work hard alongside new and old friends

Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm

Description: This one-week camp will focus on preparing players for tryouts, which will begin the following week. Technical skills will be the main focus while daily scrimmages will provide the opportunity to test the player's technical skill.

Volleyball Skills Camp 2024
Dates: August 12th - August 14th
Time: 8:00am - 10:00am

Description: Designed for intensive training for athletes who have played on Volleyball teams. We will focus on skill development, position development, the mental aspects of the game, game situations, offense, defense, and the transition game.
